Because an individual's emotional, mental and spiritual health can be just as important as the physical condition, Center for Behavioral Medicine (CBM) offers a complete line of services to help people of all ages cope with the challenges of life, both large and small.
The mission of CBM is to provide quality mental health services to the diverse Elkhart community to empower individuals and families to reach their highest potential. CBM is committed to the delivery of services through professionally competent staff who value team work, respect and growth. CBM will work to ensure utilization of all resources to achieve positive consumer satisfaction. We will advocate for mental health through use of proactive vision and action.
